Die bauliche Erweiterung der Trainings- und Nebenräume an der bestehenden Fitnessanlage sollte sich auch optisch deutlich vom Bestandsgebäude absetzen. Der kubistische Anbau nimmt den Geländeverlauf auf, sodass sich ein Teil des Baukörpers in den vorhandenen Hang schiebt. Je nach Straßenseite ist er ein- bzw. zweigeschossig. Das über Eck verlaufende „Schaufenster“ lässt den Blick in das Innere nur erahnen, bildet aber gestalterisch eine Auflösung der stringenten Fassade.
Die Gestaltung der Fassade besteht aus einem Raster aus weißen Fassadenplatten. Die farbliche Akzentuierung der Fassade erfolgt durch das „Schaufenster“, das als Interpretation eines Eck-Erkers zu verstehen ist und die Eingangssituation betonen soll.
